http://www.pennypinchinmom.com/taking-care-of-your-mature-skin-with-vaseline-mature-care/Our skin goes through a lot.  There is the sun and the weather.  Many of us also have some bad habits.  And, then there is menopause.  As we age, there are many factors that affect our skin.  It just part of life.  We develop mature skin.  That means we have to do even more to keep our skin looking younger.

And, as I get older, I am understanding how extremely important that is.  I find that when I feel better, I can be a better mom, wife and friend. I have to put myself first.

I can’t change everything at once.  But, what I can do is try one thing at a time. Like I said, my skin has gotten so much dyer as I’ve aged.  And, crazy as it sounds, I am knocking menopause’s door.  I know that may come as a surprise to many of you, but it’s the truth.
